These terms govern use of nearbuzz.app and the NearBuzz apps. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
NearBuzz is an event discovery catalogue. Listings are aggregated from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Ticket prices marked “See tickets” are unknown until you open the provider site. We do not sell tickets in-app yet; paid checkout is not offered.
Your account
You may browse as a guest or sign in with email. Keep your inbox secure. Do not use the service to scrape, overload, or abuse provider APIs through our site. Host submissions must be accurate and lawful.
Third-party tickets and links
“Get tickets” opens Ticketmaster, Skiddle, Eventbrite, or another seller. Their terms and refunds apply. Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you buy. We are not the organiser or the box office unless a listing says otherwise.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, no impersonation, no attempts to access other users’ data, admin tools, or hidden listings. We may hide events or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The catalogue is provided as-is. We are not liable for cancelled events, ticket disputes, or losses from relying on a listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that UK law does not allow us to limit. English law applies; courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Privacy details are in the Privacy Policy.
